MCA Extends Due Date of Form MGT 7 & AOC 4 in Ladakh/J&K

MGT 07 & AOC 4 Due Date Extended

Ministry of Corporate Affairs(MCA) released a circular notifying the extension of due dates for filing annual return form MGT-7 and Financial Statement Form AOC-04 applicable for companies operating in Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. The Companies can file Form MGT 7 MGT 7 is an electronic form that is allocated to all the companies by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs for filing details of their annual return.  and AOC 4 within the newly prescribed due date without any penalties or additional fees being levied from the government’s side.

Both the forms are the annual compliances required by the government from companies whose gross income is more than a prescribed threshold limit.

The said amendment is a conclusion of mass requests received by the government from various stakeholders operating in the region. They clearly expressed the impossibility of filing the forms on the previous due date owing to the disturbances in internet services in their area.

As per the notifications by MCA the amended due dates for filing the e-forms AOC-04Get to know filing details of AOC 4 (MCA) Form along with due dates & late filing fees.
