Initial Submission: Option 2

Step 1 Access the MCA homepage

Step 2 Check LLP Form No. 5 via the search bar on the MCA homepage website search.

  • For this case, when option 1 is chosen the user shall have a choice to either login immediately post to accessing the MCA homepage or log in post choosing the “Notice for change of name” if the user has not logged in.
  • For the case when the user furnishes the webform said as LLP user then the LLPIN and LLP name shall be auto-populated relying on the user id where the user logs in.
  • When the user filing the web form is a professional user, a search option shall be given on the page permitting the user to search for the LLPIN basis name of LLP.
  • For the case when the user filing the webform is any additional business user, a dropdown option posing a list of all the LLPINs and respective LLP names for the LLPS in which the user is linked will be shown.
  • The option to save the webform as a draft will be enabled post to the user enter the LLPIN.

Step 13 Pay the fees (if the user does not successfully upload the DSC affixed the PDF within 15 days of SRN generation and finish the payment under 7 days of the successful upload of the DSC affixed document or due date of filing of the form including two days, whichever is before, the SRN shall get revoked.

Resubmission: Option 1

Step 1: Access the MCA homepage

Step 2: Log in to the MCA portal with valid credentials.

Step 3: Access the application history via the user dashboard.

Step 4: Choose the LLP Form 5 application with status as resubmission needed.

Step 5: Fill out the application

Step 6: Save the webform as a draft (optional)

Step 7: Submit the webform

Step 8: SRN is updated

Step 9: Affix the DSC

Step 10: Upload the DSC affixed pdf document on MCA portal 7

Step 11: Resubmission of the webform for the case when the user shall not complete the resubmission of the form and upload the DSC affixed pdf document in under 24 hours of the SRN update, an SMS and the email reminder would be sent to the user daily for 15 days or till the time the same is being submitted, whichever is before.

Resubmission: Option 2

Step 1 Tap on the link given in the notification email sent (obtained for the resubmission)

Step 2 Log in to the MCA portal with the correct credentials.

Step 3 Fill out the application

Step 4 Save the webform as a draft (optional) 5, 6 for the chosen option 2, the user shall pose an option to either login immediately post to accessing the MCA homepage or login post to performing the website search. 7 for the SRNs that are denoted resubmission needed, the user is needed to update the information in the web form and finish the submission along with the upload the DSC affixed pdf in 15 days from the date the BO user has sent the SRN back for the resubmission.

Step 9 Resubmission of the webform for the case when the user does not finish the resubmission of the form and upload the DSC affixed pdf document within 24 hours of the update of the SRN, an SMS along with the email remainder shall be sent to the user daily for 15 days or till the period the same is submitted, whichever is before.
