What is MCA LLP 22 Form?

By submitting the webform, Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs) or Foreign Limited Liability Partnerships (FLLPs) will be able to simplify the e-filing requirements where notice of order passed by the Court, Tribunal, Central Government or any other relevant authority in MCA LLP Form No. 22. should be provided to the Registrar.

Online Application Filing Process for MCA LLP Form No. 22

Initial Submission: Option 1

Step 1: Go to the MCA homepage

Step 2: Log in to the MCA portal engaging a valid credentials1

Step 3: Choose “MCA services” and then opt for “LLP E-Filing”

Step 4: Opt for “LLP (Limited Liability Partnership) forms Form 22- Notice of intimation of the order to the Registrar”

Step 6: Insert LLP information2

Step 7: Search LLPIN/FLLPIN via the use of the search option (optional)3

Step 8: Select LLPIN/FLLPIN form the dropdown option (optional)4

Step 9: Fill up the application

Step 10: Save the webform as a draft (optional)5

Step 11: Submit the webform

Step 12: SRN would be generated on submission of webform (The (Service Request Number) could be used via user for any forthcoming correspondence with MCA.)

Step 13: Affix the DSC

Step 14: Upload the DSC affixed PDF document on the MCA portal

Step 15: File the fees (towards the case when the user does not successfully upload the DSC affixed PDF under 15 days of SRN generation and finish the payment in 7 days of the successful upload of the DSC affixed document or last date of form filing including the two days, whichever is earlier, the SRN would be revoked)

Step 16: Acknowledgement/Challan is generated.

Resubmission: Option 1

Step 1: Go to the MCA homepage

Step 2: Log in to the MCA portal with valid credentials

Step 3: Proceed the application history via My Application

Step 4: Choose Form 22 application with status as ‘Resubmission required’

Step 5: Fill up the application

Step 6: Save the webform as a draft (optional)

Step 7: Submit the webform

Step 8: SRN is updated

Step 9: Affix the DSC

Step 10: Upload the DSC affixed PDF document on the MCA portal7

Step 11: Resubmission of webform (towards the case when the user does not finish the re-submission of the form and upload the DSC affixed PDF document within 24 hours of the SRN update, an SMS and email reminder would be sent to the user daily for 30 days OR till the submission of this)

Step 12: Acknowledgement would be generated

Resubmission: Option 2

Step 1: Tap on the link which is given to you in the notification email sent (obtained for resubmission)

Step 2: Log in to the MCA portal with valid credentials

Step 3: Fill up the application

Step 4: Save the webform as a draft (optional)

Step 5: Submit the webform

Step 6: SRN is updated

Step 7: Affix the DSC

Step 8: Upload the DSC affixed PDF document on the MCA portal7

Step 9: Resubmission of webform (Towards the case when the user shall not finish the re-submission of the form and upload DSC affixed PDF document within 24 hours of the SRN update, an SMS and email reminder would be sent to the user on the day to day basis for 30 days OR till its submission, whichever is earlier)

Step 10: Generation of acknowledgement

MCA LLP 22 Form Attachments

  • A certified copy of the court order or the company law board order or the order through any additional elements council would be an essential attachment.
  • Any additional details would be given as an optional attachment.

Digital Signature for MCA LLP 22 Form

The eForm must be digitally signed via :

In case of LLP:

The Designated Partner (DP) of the LLP/Interim Resolution Professional/Resolution Professional/Liquidators/LLP administrator/Others.

Interim Resolution Professional/Resolution Professional/Liquidators/LLP administrator shall be allowed to sign the webform only in case the status of the LLP is ‘Under Liquidation’ or ‘Under CIRP’.

FLLP case:

By an authorized representative of the FLLP or any other person.

LLP 22 Form Designation

Choose the designation of an individual who digitally signed the e-form. Insert the DPIN towards the case when the individual digitally signs the eform would be a designated partner or authorized representative. Insert the income tax PAN towards the case when the individual signs the e-form is LLP administrator or authorized representative or any additional individual.

  • Choose the related option via the drop-down given beneath the same field. 
  • Any value could be chosen via dropdown options given when the LLPIN would be entered in field number 1. 
  • ‘Authorized representative’/‘Others’ would only be chosen when FLLPIN is inserted in field number 1.
  •  IRP/ RP/ Liquidator/ LLP Administrator could only be selected in the case the status of the LLP is ‘Under CIRP’ or ‘Under Liquidation’.
