The taxpayers who have opted for the composition scheme under the GST, it is mandatory for them to file GSTR 4 returns once in every three months (Quarterly).
The Government has released the Anti-Profiteering Complaint Form for the consumers who want to lodge grievances against businesses for not giving the benefits of reduced taxes under GST regime.
The GSTR 4 form is a quarterly return form for those taxpayers who have opted GST Composition scheme in the new indirect tax regime. Under the GST composition scheme, taxpayers will be required to file one only return in every three months (quarter) rather than three returns in every month.
The GST TRAN 1 form is transition form for the already registered taxpayers in old schemes who are filing the GST TRAN -1 form for availing their previous input tax credit accumulated from earlier purchased stock before the implementation of the GST.
The GSTR 3B form is a return form declared by the Indian government for the return filing only for initial 6 months of GST implementation. The GSTR 3B form will be filled up for the month of July to December 2017 in the place of normal return forms – GSTR 1, 2 and 3
