Metropolitan Tax Bar Association is set to organize a seminar on GST and difficulties coming while filing GSTR 9 annual return form on the GSTN portal.
The seminar will be conducted on 1st December as told by Anil Kumar Agrawal, Metropolitan Tax Bar Association. Also, he notified that Justice Ashok Bhushan of Supreme Court and Justice Ashok Kumar of Allahabad High Court will be present as chief guest.
The seminar will be organized at IMS University Campus Dasna and will be attended by traders and taxpayers to discuss the issues and problems coming while filing GSTR 9 annual return form.
GSTR 9 is an annual return form introduced recently by the government of India in while all the details of SGST, CGST and IGST of whole year has to be included with complete transaction details. The GSTR 9 annual return form due date is 30th November 2019 (Check Order No. 7/2019-Central Tax).
