The Due dates to file GSTR-3B in Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh have been extended by The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC). The CBIC released a notification Check out the latest official updates under GST (Goods and Services Tax) by the CBIC department. The Released Notification Also States that:
- The return in Form GSTR-3B of the stated rules for the months of November 2019 to February 2020 for persons who are registered and whose principal place of business is in the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir, will be furnished through electronic (internet) mode through the online portal, on or before the 24th March 2020;
- The said return in GSTR-3B Form Get to know details on GST return 3B form along with the online procedure for filing return of the current financial year. We break down the form for easy understanding of the stated rules for the months of November and December 2019 for persons who are registered and whose principal place of business is in the Ladakh’s Union territory, will be furnished through electronic mode through the online portal, on or before the 24th March 2020;
- Returns in GSTR-3B Form of the related rules for the months of January to March 2020 for persons who are registered and whose principal place of business is in Ladakh’s Union territory, will be furnished through the internet mode through the common portal, on or before the 20th May 2020.
GSTR-3B Form is a monthly self-declaration form that needs to be filed by a registered dealer from July 2017 till March 2020. The applicable tax of GSTR-3B needs to be paid before the last date of filing GSTR-3B for that particular month.
