The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs ( CBIC ) recommends that the toolkit to GST officers towards the subject of the Anti-theft or preventive teams.
A circular has been provided by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) mentioned that with the concept of increasing the efficiency and professionalism of officers/teams made to take out the anti-theft work specifically when they need to search the premises.
The vehicles that validate the stock of goods, made a panchnama, or arrest a person away from their office premises, the board obtains the recommendation that the standard toolkit might be given.
CBIC rendered to GST officers or teams made towards these work in customs or creation of CGST might be equipped within the specified toolkit.
CBIC indeed provided the list of items that can be acknowledged for inclusion in the toolkit and is prescribed below.

- File kit containing Copies of Summons, Panchnama, Test Memo others.
