National data secrecy will be very much on the verge of disclosure if the much populated GSTN would be given to private players in the market. BJP Rajya Sabha MP Subramanian Swamy has objected the very same matter for the concern of all the taxation data being provided to the private organization who will create the vast network of GST in the upcoming time frame.
BJP Rajya Sabha MP said, “he is approaching the Supreme Court as he feared sensitive GST data might fall into the hands of private players and “foreign interests” if the Centre goes ahead with the current structure.”
“I have sent half a dozen letters to the Prime Minister in this connection. He has acknowledged it. I have also sent the copies to BJP president Amit Shah, Home Minister Rajnath Singh and the Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar.” he added

He has repeatedly argued that the contracts and papers are not worthy to stop the data supply towards these private organization while he also mentioned that he has contacted president for this issue several times and will surely deduct the cause and effect of this term with all those companies which are a member in GSTN.
He told that “I once again strongly urge Prime Minister Modi to direct the complete stay of all operations of the presently constituted GSTN. At the same time, I will also be moving the SC seeking cancellation of it.”
