Industry body ASSOCHAM has tied up with programming item firm Tally Solutions to teach and set up the retail group for the roll-out of Goods and Services Tax (GST). As a feature of the joint effort, ASSOCHAM and Tally’s Solutions plan to direct a progression of meetings for the retail group the country over, throughout the following couple of months.
The statement said that “Tax experts from government bodies will be participating in these conferences to help clear the air about GST, by discussing the law and its implementation in these events”. While in this voice, Tally Solutions Chief Financial Officer Sathya Pramod mentioned that “A thorough understanding of GST will allow these businesses to continue their functions comfortably post the roll out as well.”
The knowledge dispensing event will be held in 15 major cities of India including Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi, Jaipur, Hyderabad, Pune, Indore, Cochin, Goa, Coimbatore, Lucknow, Dehradun, Bhubaneswar, Jammu and Guwahati.
