For new GST registrants, the government commercial tax dept is going to provide soon the WhatsApp-based Hindi chatbot ‘MEGHA’ (MP e-GST Hindi Assistant) and a welcome kit. To utilize the same the assessee would require to save the departmental chatbot number 6262000256 on their mobile. The awards shall be provided to those who have paid the highest taxes on occasion.

Under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Jagdish Deora, finance and commercial tax minister, the program would be conducted at Hansdhwani Auditorium of Rabindra Bhawan in Bhopal. In the award-winning program, different state business organizations would be present.

Lokesh Kumar Jatav, the commissioner, of the commercial tax department, describes that the Bhamashah award would be provided in 5 distinct classes to motivate the assessee of the state.

On the same occasion for the purpose of facilitating the business, a welcome kit will be provided to the newly enrolled assessee in the GST legislation along with the WhatsApp-based Hindi chatbot ‘MEGHA’ will be launched. With the help of a Welcome Kit made by the commercial tax department, in Madhya Pradesh, a newly registered assessee is empowered to be aware of the initial technical problems of the GST legislation.

Because of the efforts of the department to surge the tax base, the businesses would get enrolled. There is a lack of knowledge of the GST act among the newly enrolled small and medium taxpayers. Various questions concerned to these provisions would be obtained via the help desk.

Hence MEGHA would be made by compiling questions that have been asked along with distinct provisions compared to GST law in simple language to support these assessees. Using the same the assessee would need to save the department’s chatbot number 6262000256 in their phones. The small and medium assessee would be useful through this chatbot since the Hindi language would be simpler.
