The 31st GST council meeting held on 22nd December 2018 has taken some key decisions over the GST return forms and highest GST slab rate. The items coming under the 28% GST slab rate basically includes the common man’s items which were earlier in the news for a rate reduction.
The upcoming 30th GST council meeting is scheduled to be held on 30th September in Goa.
The agenda for the 27th meeting of the GST Council on 4th May 2018 has been set. The primary agenda that would occupy a major part of the discussions is the simplification of return filing process.
