In the wake of counter-terrorism steps against all the doubtful organizations, the income tax department too made some affirmative actions towards a financial supporter of terrorism namely Naeem Khan in the Kashmir region.
The income tax department stated that the locations were raided which were being a major headquarters for this whole terror funding process. There was a total of 7 locations which was raided including 4 location from Kashmir valley while 3 of them in the state capital.
In the official statement, the tax department stated that the income tax department has raided a significant organization which is also a major terror funding element, voluntarily taking part in anti-national activities.

The department also stated that, in the raids, the department found some major evidence of tax evasion through the means of unidentified sources of expenses on mining and hotels.
In the raids, there were hard disks occupied in which the department seeks to get more additional info on the links for such tax evasion as well any anti-national elements.
The department stated that there was evidence of huge financial transactions, however, there was no tax return filing on such transaction which leads to suspicion and terror funding activities.
