Recently, due to the high load of GST return filing, GST council members have decided to extend the GSTR 3B due dates for the month of January 2019 to 22nd February 2019 from earlier 20th Feb 2019. For Jammu and Kashmir, the taxpayers can file GSTR 3B till 28th February 2019. GSTR 3B is a consolidated GST return filing form compulsory to be furnished along with the normal returns.
The official notification will likely to be displayed soon on the government portal. One can reassure the date on the portal as there were complaints coming from across India regarding the issues faced by the taxpayers while filing the GSTR 3B form on the portal.
