DVAT Circular/CRC/DT&T/2024/249-255 for New GSTIN

A circular concerning the Goods and Services Tax ( GST ) new registration is issued by the Department of Trade and Taxes. The CRC branch has chosen to furnish the clarifications of the questions pertinent to the GST new registration twice a week and at specific times raised by the public, CAs, advocates, etc.

The granting of permission to the general public, applicants, advocates, and Chartered Accountants (CAs) in the CRC Branch has been announced by the Competent Authority.

The same permission permits them to ask the clarification on their GST new registration applications directly through the related GST officer of the CRC Branch.

Individuals and professionals Effective immediately could claim themselves the same chance every Monday and Thursday, from 3 PM to 4 PM. By furnishing the same particular 1 hr time, the stakeholders secure the chance to interact with the related GST officer to clarify their doubts about their registration.
