What is a CHG-4 Form?
The e-Form CHG-4 is needed to get filed pursuant to Section 82(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 8(1) of Companies(Registration of Charges) Rules, 2014.
What do You Mean by Section 82?
A firm is needed to provide the details to the registrar in Form CHG-4 on the payment or satisfaction in full of any charge enrolled with the ROC within 30 days duration from the payment date. Given that the registrar might on the application via a company or the charge holder permit the same payment intimation to be incurred under the duration of 300 days of the same payment upon the payment of the same additional fees.
Due Date of Filing e-form CHG-4
Each firm will convey the ROC of the payment or satisfaction (in full) of any charge for the company within 30 days from the payment date. e-Form CHG-4 is obligated to get furnished by the foreign firms with the Delhi ROC office.
Note: Regarding the concern of Form CHG 4 being furnished exceeding 30 days from the date of satisfaction of charge, the application to Central Government for condonation of delay is needed to get furnished in eForm CHG-8 after furnishing the same e-Form, that e-Form shall get processed via the Registrar office post furnishing the order for approval towards the condonation of delay in eForm INC-28.
What is Charge ID 8 Digit Number?
Charge ID is 8 digit number that the company obtains in the period of Charge made via filing form CHG-1 with ROC.
Who is the Petitioner for Furnishing Form CHG 4 Form?
The Company or Charger holder (Bank/Financial Institution) can file Form CHG 4 to ROC for the satisfaction of the Charge.
Charge Satisfaction Date
The date must be the same as mentioned in the NOC obtained through the charge holder (Bank/Financial Institution).
Compulsory Attachment in CHG-4 Form
The letter from the charge holder specifies that the amount would have been satisfied. (NOC through the charger holder) (Bank/Financial Institution).
Difference Between STP Or Non-STP
The office of the Registrar of Companies will process the form so that the approval of this form relied on ROC.
Certificate e-form CHG-4 Form
Certificate of satisfaction of charge is generated post to the registration of the e-form with the related authority and sent to the user as an attachment to the email id of the firm.
