The Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal (GSTAT) has established dedicated Help Desks at its Delhi State Bench, Surat Bench, and Jodhpur Bench to help taxpayers, departmental authorities, authorised representatives, and other stakeholders regarding appeal-related procedures and queries.
A Public Notice No. 02/2026, dated June 12, 2026, has been issued by the Delhi State Bench, notifying the establishment of a Help Desk at Room No. 350, 3rd Floor, Hotel Samrat, Kautilya Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi-110021. The same facility will support stakeholders in submitting appeals, applications, and addressing procedural cases.
Likewise, the Surat Bench, through Public Notice No. 02/2026 dated June 16, 2026, established a Help Desk on the 1st Floor, Solarium Business Centre, Near SMC Garden, VIP Road, Vesu, Surat-395007, Gujarat. The Help Desk assists with filing appeals, applications, and other procedural matters. The operational hours are 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM on all working days.

With the subsequent expansion of taxpayer assistance, the Jodhpur Bench has also established a Help Desk through Public Notice No. 01/2026, dated June 16, 2026. The facility is located on the Ground Floor, GST Seva Kendra, CGST & Central Excise, Jodhpur Commissionerate, G-485, New Jodhpur Industrial Area, Basni, Jodhpur-342005.
The Help Desk shall resolve queries, provide procedural guidance concerning the filing of appeals and applications, and assist stakeholders with appellate procedures. The facility will operate from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM on all working days and will be administered by designated officers of the Bench. The notice was issued with the approval of the Hon’ble Vice-President of the GSTAT, Rajasthan Bench.
GSTAT has developed Help Desks at multiple benches whose motive is to enhance accessibility to the appellate procedure and furnish timely support to taxpayers and professionals in navigating the GST appeal procedures.
