Narendra Modi went to Jagran Forum that held by the Dainik Jagran group in New Delhi on Thursday and there Mr. Modi told, “It is not only GST, but many pro-poor steps are stuck in Parliament.” He further said, “Democracy cannot function at the whims and fancies of anyone.”
