The Delhi Goods and Services Tax (GST) council released a notification and stated that corporate debtors who have furnished statements and GST returns Get to know the online procedure of filing GST returns in India. We provide each and every GST form according to the taxpayers category under Section 37 and Section 39 respectively of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 will not be included in the category of corporate debtors. This notification will come into action from May 5th, 2020.
There were some recommendations of the council and the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi made the amendments in the notification of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, in the Department of Finance (Revenue-I) No. 11/2020– State Tax, released on August 20, 2020.

In its first paragraph “Provided that the said class of persons shall not include those corporate debtors who have furnished the statements under section 37 and the returns under section 39 of the said Act for all the tax periods prior to the appointment of IRP/RP,” rule will be inserted.
Additionally, in paragraph 2, the definition of ‘Registration’ is replaced which says, “the said class of persons shall, with effect from the date of appointment of IRP/RP, be treated as a distinct person of the corporate debtor, and shall be liable to take a new registrationGet to know the complete GST registration procedure online on the Indian government GST portal official website. We have explained by the actual screenshot of every step (hereinafter referred to as the new registration) in each of the States or Union territories where the corporate debtor was registered earlier, within thirty days of the appointment of the IRP/RP or by 30th June 2020, whichever is later,” It will be imposed from March 21, 2020.
