CEO of Goods and Services Tax Network (GSTN) has given a warning like instruction to the commissioner of taxes in the wake of final date approaching the closure of windows giving a pertaining facility to all the dealers of VAT to enroll themselves to the GST structure. The date January 10, 2017, is mentioned to be the last date for the registration by Asangba Chuba Ao, the commissioner.
The message was just given in order to ensure that every dealer is participating in the registration process and making their way into the GST portal, and fade away the possibility of hurdles due to missing of registration as the registration into the VAT will attract difficulties and then in GST itself.

For the proper conduction of the GST, the department of Tax has set up all the amenities and facilities required to smoothly process the GST registration, like computers with internet facilities, scanners, printers. Also, trained officials are in charge while the process of registration on goes for error-free transfer.
