In a decision, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has urged the Government to include Chartered Accountants as Technical Members of the GST Appellate Tribunal.
In a letter written to the Haryana Deputy Chief Minister, Shri Dushyant Chautala the Institute asked to qualify chartered accountants since the technical members of the GST Appellate Tribunal, we want to submit a case for your review through quick communication.
ICAI would have been involved in the representation of GST policy along with the execution since it would assist the Government in GST knowledge dissemination for all stakeholders via its technical publications, e-learning initiatives, newsletter, certificate course, seminars, conferences, and others.
