The most talked bill, GST Bill (Goods and Service Tax) has finally got its position on the table of Lok Sabha. Just to recall, the GST Bill was presented to Rajya Sabha and was passed from there this Wednesday 3rd August 2016.
And apart from this, Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) is also concerned about the arrival of their MPs to get seated in the house while this Constitutional Bill gets discussed and to ensure that the Bill passes away smooth.
NDA will be guiding the bill in the house and Prime Minister Narendra Modi is also assumed to be present in the Lower house with the MPs.
The Bill will be going through the Lok Sabha where the National Democratic Alliance will be leading the Bill which is guided by BJPs.
Earlier, Rajya Sabha had given the OK signal to the Bill with some changes in the amendments and now Lok Sabha will have to decide the upcoming passage of the Bill and approve it.

As known from the procedure, the Bill has to undergo acceptance and rectification from half of the state assemblies to come into law which will go towards state assemblies after it gets discussed in Lok Sabha.
After all the amendments, the parliament will pass the GST and Integrated GST Bill whereas state GST bill will be passed by the designated assemblies which will ultimately become the new tax scheme in the nation.
The Chief Ministers also came forward to assist the Bill and promised that if any requirement urges, they would call a special session in their state assemblies for the further progress the GST Bill.
To remind, GST Bill is all in one tax scheme to be applied in the country where it will absorb all the level of taxes which is currently prevailing in the nation. It will also ensure the maximum transfer of goods and service throughout the nation.
