It has united digital forensics with institutes of various countries, national organisations, the Enforcement Directorate, DRDO, and the Central Bureau of Investigation.
As the same has counted under the top scrutiny divisions of CBIC, the effective use would have been executed by DGGI of the data analysis techniques and cutting-edge technology for fetching the bogus tax and destroying the huge incorrect invoice networks. In these cases, it catches criminals. DGGI’s investigative and digital forensic capabilities would get robust by this MoU and it also supports the companies to draw victorious cases to trial and accumulate the guilty rulings.
