Finance Minister Still Hopeful for GST Roll-Out in April 2017

Kerala finance minister Thomas Isaac on the other hand, was not at all happy with the demonetization move of the government and said that “Centre’s move on withdrawal of high-value currency notes eroded the trust of states, Do you think I would come here to shake hands on GST ?”

We do not have the luxury of time as April 1 is the first possible day when GST can be implemented and the last possible day is September 16 (2017).
