CAIT to Start Vyapari Samvad Campaign Due to GST & E-commerce Problems

The Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) is a major community for the trader’s associations which has members bodies having big trade unions and members to keep up the latest and important schemes in circulation. The CAIT was founded in 1990 to serve the industry and associations for a better platform for their complaints as well as their queries. CAIT has the representation of over 6 crore business units and helps them stand in industry competition and justifies their work to the general associations.

Later after the pandemic, there have been regular emerging issues of the traders across the nation, and several other problems which are continuous swings lasting from two years have made it difficult to run business. All the traders from the nation are disappointed with the current scenario and this is why the Confederation of All India Traders ( CAIT) has declared to put the nation’s massive plebiscite near traders on these total problems from February 1 to February 28 in the whole country by introducing Vyapari Samvad campaign. While the group of top CAIT leaders will have a proper discussion on issues of the traders through a ‘Door to Door’ campaign with a trade alliance. Of the states in various cities to ask the opinions in order to accomplish the issues.

This advertisement will be starting from February 2 through CAIT National President BC Bhartia from Nagpur, Secretary-General Praveen Khandelwal from Delhi, National Chairman Mahendra Shah from Ahmedabad and National Senior Vice President Brajmohan Agarwal from Bhubaneswar, Senior Vice President Ghanshyam Garg from Lucknow, Senior Vice President Dhairyasheel Patil and Lalit Gandhi from Mumbai concurrently. However, the CIAT State Chapter leaders will too start the campaign in their certain State capitals on a similar day.

Bhartia explained that there are severe issues traders are meeting such as lack of policy for retail business, warning to the existence of business traders because of the current form of commercial and other most important issues under GST regime. “It has become very difficult for traders to do business across the country and instead of doing business, traders are spending more time answering the notices of various Government departments and following the various imposed Government orders,” he added.

They informed that some important trade leaders of the nation will meet in Delhi on January 23 in order to make a proper strategy on this topic. While the CAIT will make a white paper on all these problems which will be shown in the second week of March to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal, Women, and Child Development Minister Smriti Irani, Urban Development Minister Hardeep Puri and chief ministers, State finance ministers, and presidents of all political parties of the country.
