Tata Communications has secured a significant multi-crore contract with the Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal (GSTAT).
This project aims to develop a robust digital infrastructure that encompasses a range of solutions, including networking, Internet of Things (IoT), cloud computing, and security services.
The motive of the project is to ease the operations of GSTAT, which shall deliver access to all benches all over the country, make data security stronger, and furnish a simplified user experience.
A strategic project has been awarded to Tata Communications to provide a complete digital infrastructure that includes network fabric, IoT, cloud, and security, with unified management across domains for the Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal (GSTAT) benches established by the Ministry of Finance, Government of India.

Tata Communications, as part of the deal, will make a secure and intelligent ecosystem, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, video conferencing, cloud services, and advanced security. The infrastructure shall support automated processes, improve transparency, and enhance efficiency via predictive analytics and chatbots.
For GST pertinent issues, a dedicated appellate body, GSTAT, via its principal bench in New Delhi, with 31 additional benches across states, operates.
