As per the provisions of section 24 of the Chartered Accountant Act, you would have to complete all your chartered accountant examination to become a member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. After passing chartered accountant examinations, it is mandatory that the eligible candidate can reward themselves by using the designation of Chartered Accountant. And, the designation Chartered Accountant is only possible to be used by a member of the Institute of chartered accountant of India.

Maths as a subject is present only in the first level of CA ie, CPT(if you are an undergraduate) When it comes to the second and third level ie, IPCC & CA Final, more focus is placed on your concepts of finance and accountancy and you are allowed to use a calculator for all your calculations.

Yes, you can get direct registration in IPCC after completion of your graduation degree.
