The AAR bench including Dr. Ravi Prasad M.P, Additional Commissioner, Commercial Taxes and Mashood Rahman Farooqui, Joint Commissioner, Central Taxes, pronounced the order on the basis of an application filed by Kardex India Storage Solution Private Limited.

They considered Section 7(1) of IGST Act 2017 which elaborates that, “as the supply of goods in the course of inter-state trade or commerce shall be treated as a supply of goods where the location of the supplier and the place of the supply of goods are in the same state or same Union territory shall be treated as intra-state supply”.
