The ROC, Patna, has charged a tax penalty on Triumfina Sales and Services Pvt. Ltd, as well as its appointed officers, due to the failure to submit the required annual return.
A complaint has been received by the office indicating that Triumfina Sales and Services Private Limited did not file its annual return for the FY 2021-2022. MCA portal specifies that the company was established on December 11, 2017, and it has not submitted the required annual return for that year.
Concerning the same, a notice was issued by the office for e-adjudication on September 26, 2025. For January 6, 2026, a hearing was scheduled and thereafter rescheduled to January 21, 2026. But no one appeared on either of the scheduled dates.
ROC said that till now, the annual return for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2022, has not been filed. Hence, it shows that the company and its directors have breached the provisions of Section 92 of the Companies Act, 2013, which mandates every company to submit its annual return to the MCA.
