The national informatics center has recently introduced some improvements in the e-way bill generation process and add some key features to correct its overall functionality.
The latest features and tools will look out for some minor issues left previously and will be incorporating some of the latest tools necessary to make the e-way bill generation much better than before.
In the latest improvement, there will be tool added through which it will check out any duplicate e-way bill generated by an old and same invoice number.
Also, there will be options added to enter and validate location based on their PIN codes and address in the case when bulking consignment and movement of lots of CKS/SKD material in both export and import cases.
The e-way bill portal also introduced some modifications and changes in the bulk generation tool of e-way bills in which are there are some new columns added.
