The central government has launched a reward scheme called Mera Bill Mera Adhikaar to encourage people to upload invoices for purchases of goods or services that have a tax called Goods and Services Tax (GST). A cash prize of Rs 10 lakh to Rs 1 crore monthly/quarterly will be furnished before the people who have uploaded the invoice obtained via the retailer or wholesaler on the application under the invoice incentivization scheme.

On both IOS and Android platforms, the ‘Mera Bill Mera Adhikar’ mobile app is available. GSTIN of the seller, invoice number, amount paid, and tax amount, should be on the GST invoice uploaded on the app.

Key Points to Remember Regarding the Scheme:

On the app, a person is enabled to upload a max of 25 genuine invoices for a month and the invoice must secure a min purchase of Rs 200.
