No Solution For Service Providers Under GST

Input Tax Credit Service Providers

Now goods and service tax (GST) has brought a new problem for the service provider dealers, the problem is their complaints are not going to Central GST department or to the State GST department. Basically, if a person makes mistake while filing the form, then there is no one to hear the problem. Service providers are stuck between Central GST department and State GST department, to get their problem solved. More than 200 providers from Rohtak are suffering from this problem.

Actually, the problem is when people can’t submit their complaints then who will help them to solve it. Even after so months, it is still not cleared that which provider complaints will come under State GST department and which provider complaints will come under Central GST department, as the complaints are still not accessible online at the concerned department. More than eight thousand traders are registered under GSTN in Rohtak and more than two of them are working with the service provider such as Finance company, security agency, contractor, and manpower provider, etc.

Merchants who provide their services to others, and not themselves use or sell the product are suffering because of this. In the small secretariat, a State GST office has been started, where only four to five complaints get submitted, in which the service provider has done mistake while filling up for the refund. After which it is given to GST department for resolving the matter, but the complaints are not being received anywhere.

District tax officer Sulkshana Khurana has told that the Central GST department has also been informed about the arising problem. The investigation will be started that why are service providers not coming out of the dealer complaint. The department will try so that the service provider can get their refund, which is their right.
