The government has told services offshoring to India and those supplied domestically for a foreign organization shall not be considered as intermediary services, allowing them not to pay the 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST), told to Economic Times on Tuesday about a policy decision that establishes the nations back-office industry.

Nasscom Review Over Clarification on Intermediary Services
