Those assessees are used to function who used to furnish their due returns post to the receipt of the show cause notice provided via the GST system.
Prior to the functionality, the assessees who furnish their due returns but do not answer SCN, have their registration would be suspended even if the returns get furnished.
But the sort of assessees secure with the utility to execute drop proceedings itself after the due returns would get furnished.
When the assessee files the due returns and their GST registration status would still suspend, the assessee enables to cancel the suspension via one tap through executing the drop proceeding.
The assessee is enabled to log on to the GST portal ⏩ Services ⏩ User Services ⏩ View Notices and Orders ⏩ Click on ‘Initiate Drop Proceeding’, to use the facility.
