The government has now decided to utilize the CBEC expertise and its network of about 4500 Seva Kendras to provide solutions to the small businesses and taxpayers who are tackling with the complex return filing procedure of Goods and services tax. The government is also considering to employ individuals who are ready with the skills needed for filing GST returns to help taxpayers in the process.
The facility will be expanded soon on a physical level and availability will be even for the housewives who are into the tax return filing service need working as a consultant or has given commercial shops. The individuals will be helping in all sorts of working for tax filing to the taxpayers as a directive by the government. The decision has been taken to relax all the small business taxpayers who are giving away their day and night in the tough GST return filing procedure.
GST Suvidha providers are there to solve the queries and issues for the taxpayers which were earlier set up by the government quota procedure but it has been seen that the taxpaying community would be more interested in the government certified GST service providers at the Seva Kendra. Even in the state of Haryana, many taxpayers and business communities came up with the idea to pay a small fee in lieu of filing their tax returns.
Meanwhile, the 23rd GST council meeting is in the way and numerous developments are been taking place for the tax rate reduction on higher slab rates and online payment solutions in the filing of GST. The meeting will also focus on the reduction of compliance burden of GST on the small taxpayers and also on the business units whose turnover threshold are under review.
