Registered transports are in big benefits due to the implementation of GST E Way Bill as there are certain benefits to get the goods transported through a registered transporter.
The bigger value transporters who carry higher value consignment and that too in time-bound conditions are the first choice of almost every supplier due to the credibility of the transporter.
It is stated from the facts and statement of such big transporters that the growth is in double-digit for the March quarter while they assume that the projection will go upward in the FY 2019 too.
While it is not certain that the growth projection will be same for all the transporter, it is just the availability and certain condition which limit the growth of the transporters but with a minor fraction.
The stabilization of goods and services tax as well as the GST E Way Bill, the registered transporters saw a demand due to their status of organized transporter logistics.
Surface express logistics are also seen as better options as the suppliers can avail their input tax credit only if they have used a registered and organized logistics transport.
However, the compliance cost is raised but still, the adoption of new process and strategies are helping many of the registered and organized transporters to attract business.
According to the reports of big transporting firm, there is half of the business coming from small and medium enterprises while other half comes combined from the automobile, engineering, textiles and pharmaceuticals industries.
