A fleet of members from the association of Indian Revenue Service will be raising an issue in front of the apex body of GST and center for the rights which this offers inherit naturally. The officials have added some of the significant points in the statement that, “Centre has given 90% of taxpayers below Rs 1.5 crore to states, for tax payers above that it’s a 50:50 division….On integrated GST, despite law ministry’s opinion it has been agreed to empower states on administration.”

He also mentioned grouping activity and mentioned in his statement that, “Central officers are giving training to state officials on GST… The central board of excise and customs has adopted changes in technology and taken a number of initiatives to make the administration friendly to taxpayers.” “Members expressed deep anguish over these developments at the meeting,” he added. Meanwhile, the GST is coming in halfway clearing most of the tax regimes currently prevailing the country and the deadline has been shifted for better towards July 1, 2017.
