For admitting the GSTR-9/9C The Confederation of GST Professionals and Industries (CGPI) has filed the summons appeal in Bombay High court to extend the scheduled date.
Due to restrictions on public transport and staff attendance in various places the problems are faced by the professionals, said by the advocates on the account of CGPI. under section 21 the applicant has submitted the rights of professionals and violation of staff by giving worthless decisions to have a completely inadequate extension to the deadline.
The Bombay High Court post-hearing to the application calls for ASG to appear to ask them how the Union of India has an intention to solve the issues for the public benefits.
The taxpayer whose turnover is more than Rs 2 cr should file GSTR 9C audit form
Rs 100 per day is charged as late fees as a penalty for not filing GSTR-9. There was no utility available for filing GSTR 9 for fiscal year 2018-19
Moreover, the court verbally stated that this is not adversarial prosecution and the Union of India must find the method for solving such issues.

On October 27, 2020, the body is held High on Board, and ASG is known to help the Court. If the government will not find the solution then the court particularly will solve the issues.
